HELP FEED THE HUNGRY IN OUR COMMUNITY!

As part of our Days of Service, Christopher Newport University is partnering with the Foodbank of the Virginia Peninsula to help fight hunger in our area through the Food for Thought food drive on September 4, 2008, from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.

CNU students, faculty and staff will team with community volunteers to collect 50,000 pounds of non-perishable food items - the largest single donation ever to the Foodbank.

Cash and cans will be collected by the Foodbank at CNU's Ferguson Center for the Arts and three Farm Fresh locations.

Together, we can do it! So, GET YOUR CAN OVER HERE!
